Relax...

We get distracted or side tracked with the everyday things - that's inevitable, but that may sometimes lead to one getting bogged down with worry, sadness or frustration. What we must realize is that the mind and body are one unit. What affects one, affects the other.
So when you're feeling down or even stressed, try to change your state of mind. Listen to music that lifts your spirit, go for a walk or a jog around the block, dance!...and get on with it.


Take care of your mind and your body will follow. If you don't take care of your body, where will you live?

    YOU are only the mind, the soul. The body is what houses you. Take care of it - what affects one, affects the other.
